Rutland Plastics’ Golf Day

As part of Rutland Plastics’ 50th Anniversary celebrations a golf day was held for employees.  In total there were 30 competitors, all handicapped according to ability and experience.  This meant that people holding a golf club for the first time would not be too far behind those who regularly take part in competitions.

The regular golfers went first.  At the first tee we see (L to R) Darren Wiggins, Steve Hall, Terry Dunlop and Lee Hatton.

For the novices the frustrations of golf soon became apparent.  Here we see Robert Beechey discovering that sand isn’t just for building sandcastles.
