ISO9001:2008 accredited, first awarded as BS5750 in 1989.  Quality assurance, control and monitoring procedures are built in to every aspect of our work, including the receipt of raw materials, sales service, design, moulding, finishing, final inspection, delivery and administration.

An extensive range of fully calibrated measuring equipment includes a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for precise measuring of production samples where tight tolerances are called for.

Our computerised manufacturing management system, designed specifically for the plastics industry, covers our entire operation providing full traceability.  This not only ensures consistency of all your injection moulding requirements but also means we can keep track of the progress of your order through all the stages of production. 

In the unlikely event you should experience any problems with your plastic products or components we can check back to see when it was moulded, on which machine, which batch of material and even the name of the machine operator or operators!
