SURVEY RESULTS
First of all, thank you to everyone who completed our newsletter survey. There was a good response and it seems that the majority of you would like to see articles on design tips and rules. Next in popularity was general application guides followed by material test methods.
Some of you also made some interesting suggestions for future articles. We shall try to feature these in the future, including innovation in the industry (the article on greener plastics in last month’s newsletter was the first in this category), influences on costs and what to consider in the design stage to minimise cost, comparisons of similar materials that could be used for a given component and environmental issues/recycling.
There are still a few materials to be covered so these articles will continue for a few more months but the newsletter will start to include the new features from next month.
