Maintenance Technician

Due to internal promotion, we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Applicants must have electrical bias and possess a knowledge of PLC’s, hydraulics and pneumatics. While the experience of plastic injection moulding machines would be an advantage it is not essential as we favour positive work ethics and shared company values over experience.

The role involves maintaining the production machinery, carrying out general maintenance and repair throughout the factory and working as part of a flexible, service-focused support team to the business.

Working hours: Day shifts 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm, rotating weekly along with occasional weekend callout.

Our ideal candidate will be reliable, enjoy trouble-shooting and have a genuine can-do attitude. They should be able to prioritise work so that repairs are resolved quickly with minimal downtime.

The package on offer to the right individual includes *private healthcare and *profit share bonus. On-site parking and workwear provided. Generous 32 days’ holidays to include Christmas shutdown and bank holidays (increasing with years of service).

If you have the relevant experience for this role, we would like to hear from you. Please apply either through Indeed or by direct company email (email details can be found by going to Jobs page, see the website footer).

Include your CV with a brief covering letter outlining your suitability for the role and marked for FAO: Chris Minckley, Maintenance Manager.
